Our process incorporates bending pipes to minimize welded joints and overheating, both of which weaken the overall structure. 

Cutting and welding joints can cause excessive heat build-up and weaken the overall structure. Our process avoids overheating by bending pipe and minimizing cut joints. 

All standard sizes are also available through precast concrete riser manufacturers and distributors.

What We Offer

Our products have been specifically designed and engineered to meet any need and size.

  • We are now offering a 10-year guarantee on all craftsmanship. We also offer a trackable serial number.

  • BTI uses only 6005A-T6 and 6061-T6 marine grade structural aluminum pipe.

  • All joints are TIG welded, the strongest weld available. The alloys we use are 6005A-T6 and 6061-T6, with high-strength and corrosion-resistant properties. UTS (ultimate tensile strength) 45,000/50,000 psi.

  • Free deliveries are offered where applicable. Delivery options are available across the Southeast United States.

  • We are able to powder coat our products in a variety of colors to meet the needs your project may require.
